• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products and drive sales on TikTok Shop, direct websites utilizing Amazon MCF, and other ecommerce marketplaces.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain a marketing calendar for promotions, launches, and events.
• Partner with the Ecommerce Director to develop strategies for revenue growth on TikTok Shop, implement consignment models, and manage advertising budgets.
• Create and optimize product listings tailored for TikTok Shop, update product information, and troubleshoot product and order errors.
• Coordinate with Customer Service teams to handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of order issues.
• Partner with influencer and affiliate teams to seed products, handle influencer contracts, negotiate creator terms, and monitor collaboration effectiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics, execute campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates, and provide reports to stakeholders.
