Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products and drive sales on TikTok Shop, direct websites utilizing Amazon MCF, and other ecommerce marketplaces.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain a marketing calendar for promotions, launches, and events.
Partner with the Ecommerce Director to develop strategies for revenue growth on TikTok Shop, implement consignment models, and manage advertising budgets.
Create and optimize product listings tailored for TikTok Shop, update product information, and troubleshoot product and order errors.
Coordinate with Customer Service teams to handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of order issues.
Partner with influencer and affiliate teams to seed products, handle influencer contracts, negotiate creator terms, and monitor collaboration effectiveness.
Monitor performance metrics, execute campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates, and provide reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2+ years of proven experience in social media management, ecommerce, and digital marketing.
Prior experience working with TikTok Shop highly preferred.
Experience in the Beauty or CPG industry preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok and TikTok Shop.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide reports to internal stakeholders.
Ability to deliver P/L across ecommerce channels and make clear/concise decisions on financial plan.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong PowerPoint creation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
