Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, GTM strategy, or demand generation, preferably within Retail, CPG, or Luxury sectors.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with generative AI tools from prompt engineering to leveraging large-language models for content creation, research and insights.
  • Innate sense of aesthetics, a love for great copy, and a creative, witty style of communication
  • Familiarity with various marketing and sales digital platforms like Salesforce, Power BI, Optimizely CMP, Microsoft 365 suite, Confluence and others.
  • Aware of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Bilingual, English and French a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to inspire internal teams and external audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision making and ability of processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Collaborative, yet confident in taking ownership and driving initiatives independently.
  • Adaptable and creative problem-solver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
