Design and produce visuals that align with the brand image for digital and print (web pages, social media, newsletters, event materials, presentations, infographics, etc.)
Adapt and optimize creative assets for different formats and channels
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
Collaborate with copywriters, the marketing team and other stakeholders to create impactful visual solutions
Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, collaborative environment
Ensure a strong presence for TEHORA across all social networks and job sites where the company is active
Prepare communication content and materials to support the company’s recruitment and business development activities
Keep the company website up to date
Ensure the quality of corporate documents and compliance with the company’s graphic charter
Requirements
Degree in graphic design, communications, marketing or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
Proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Excellent skills in typography, layout and visual storytelling
Experience designing for both digital and print
Basic knowledge of web accessibility (UI/UX)
Open to using generative AI tools
Functional French and English required
Comfortable working in an AGILE, cross-functional environment
Portfolio demonstrating a variety of projects and design styles
Demonstrated passion and deep expertise in brand development and management
Direct or client-side experience in B2B marketing
Experience working in consulting, professional services, B2B commerce or a similar business environment
Strong command of written and spoken French and English
Own a computer and have a reliable internet connection for remote work
Able to work in the Montreal time zone regardless of residence
Good knowledge of graphic design tools
Enjoy writing and producing polished corporate documents
Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to build strong, collaborative professional relationships at all levels of the organization
