Account Manager

• Drive ZURU’s Consumer Goods business across Poland’s leading drugstore retailers, including Rossmann, Hebe, Super-Pharm, Natura, and DM
• Own the channel P&L and develop and execute growth strategies
• Lead commercial negotiations and build strong retail partnerships
• Drive and exceed sales targets and performance metrics for the Polish drugstore channel across Beauty & Personal Care, Pet Care and Baby Care
• Guide internal forecasting and manage financial planning processes and financial operations
• Maximize brand availability, visibility and recognition in-store and online through distribution, displays and marketing activations
• Lead cross-functional teams to exceed customer sales performance, P&L goals and supply metrics
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, product launches and promotions
• Develop and maintain key account relationships and long-term customer partnerships
• Craft customer strategies and secure cross-functional support for market success
• Foster a team environment supporting innovation, rapid growth and capability development
• Build data-driven partnerships with Poland’s leading drugstore chains, position ZURU as a category leader and drive sustainable growth and brand equity

Key Account Manager, Senior Key Account Manager

Customer Support

• Lead new customer onboarding by setting up ZURU as an approved vendor and completing customer profile documentation
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvements across customer operations
• Manage customer-specific product listing requirements and maintain data integrity
• Train and monitor the China CSR team on product listings and compliance
• Master customer order fulfillment guidelines and oversee accurate order execution
• Map customer order fields to ZURU’s EDI/system for automated order processing
• Lead inventory replenishment planning and manage replenishment schedules
• Collaborate with the China CSR team to allocate stock in the system
• Liaise with 3PL providers and customers to resolve routing and fulfillment issues
• Coordinate specialized 3PL services, including co-packing, display assembly, palletizing, and stickering
• Ensure compliance with customer- and country-specific invoicing requirements
• Partner with China CSR and System Support teams to automate document generation
• Monitor order payment status and support accounts receivable reconciliation
• Assist with customer billing disputes
• Identify and resolve operational issues and improve 3PL performance
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide administrative, coordination, and operational support
