About the role

  • Dig deep into company research and contact mapping—think detective meets strategist.
  • Segment accounts and craft personalized messaging to open doors and start conversations.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success to execute go-to-market plays, events, and campaigns.
  • Own outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn.
  • Track and optimize your progress using Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Gong, and more.
  • Follow up on inbound leads with urgency, creativity, and insight.
  • Assist in identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities within our customer base.
  • Engage with prospects to raise positive awareness and source conversations, discovery conversations, and a qualified pipeline.
  • Nurture prospects over time, discover needs, offer relevant resources, and learn where they are in the buying process to help propel the sale forward.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our SDR playbook and bring fresh ideas to every table.

Requirements

  • 2 years in an SDR role with proven success
  • Strong Technical skills
  • Salesforce
  • Hubspot
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Intelligent, both emotionally (EQ) and analytically (IQ)
  • Creative and comfortable thinking outside of the box
  • A clear, confident communicator with strong writing skills
  • Unafraid of rejection and persistent in follow-up
  • Relentlessly focused on learning and continuous improvement
