Own and grow a high-potential territory across the South-East (focus on Auvergne–Rhône–Alpes), operating with full autonomy
Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles (from prospecting to close), engaging premium strategic accounts such as multi-site companies and public sector organizations
Consistently generate pipeline by actively prospecting new customers; manage sales cycles ranging from 3 months to 24 months depending on project scope
Collaborate closely with the broader sales organization to align on account strategies, share insights, and accelerate deal velocity
Be a field leader: travel regularly across the region to meet clients, run discovery, deliver tailored demos, lead negotiations, and close business
Shape market footprint in connected mobility and close high-value deals that fuel Shiftmove’s growth in France
Requirements
Native-level or excellent French communication skills and strong English (B2)
5–10 years of B2B sales experience in digital/SaaS solutions within competitive markets, ideally in the automotive and mobility ecosystem
Proven hunter mindset: energetic, autonomous, and skilled at building a book of business from the ground up
Strong, charismatic, and ambitious personality with a track record of influencing stakeholders and winning complex deals
Comfortable in a hybrid environment, able to self-direct, and willing to travel frequently across the region
