About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, run discovery, deliver demos, and close
  • Target mid-market accounts and consistently close net-new deals in the $50k–$100k range
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline to meet and exceed quota
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineers, and leadership on account strategy
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce
  • Act as a trusted advisor by mapping OnRamp’s value to prospects' onboarding challenges

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven success managing and closing $50k–$100k deals
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-growth environment
  • Eligibility to work in the United States (application asks about work authorization and visa sponsorship)
