Systematically review and moderate user-generated content, including videos and live streams, to ensure compliance with community standards and safety policies
Make accurate and consistent decisions on content, applying understanding of complex and evolving content policies
Identify and escalate sensitive or complex content for further review by specialized teams
Accurately log moderation decisions and actions within internal systems
Provide feedback to team leads and managers on emerging content trends and policy ambiguities
Participate in initial and ongoing training; collaborate with international colleagues
Requirements
Native-level or C2 proficiency in German
Minimum B2 proficiency in English
Previous experience in content moderation or quality assurance is an asset but not required
Meticulous eye for detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an on-site office environment
Tech-savvy and able to adapt to internal moderation tools and systems
