About the role

  • ResQ is an all-in-one facilities management platform built for fast-growing facilities and trades businesses
  • Serve as a Restaurant Brand Ambassador / Market Launcher to onboard and activate restaurants onto ResQ’s platform
  • Be the first face of ResQ and ensure customers are onboarded properly and set up for success
  • This is a 6 month contract role
  • Travel throughout the USA weekly by car or plane
  • Track and achieve targets; work closely with sales and operations teams to remove obstacles
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude when interacting with restaurants, operators, and customers on-site
  • Invest attention to detail to get it right the first time
  • Exhibit extreme ownership, be a self-starter, be open to feedback, and live a customer-first mindset

Requirements

  • Unrestricted driver's license and valid passport
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time
  • Willing to have flexible schedule (some nights or weekends, to be made up in Lieu days)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, professional environment, like a restaurant, or operations role
  • Comfortable working in, and around, multiple restaurants, every day
  • Comfortable communicating with senior restaurant executives, owners, restaurant staff and vendors
  • Not shy or afraid to take on new challenges
  • Data and metric driven mindset with an unwavering dedication towards achieving your and company's targets
  • Nice to haves: Experience in the restaurant industry or technology marketplaces
