About the role
- ResQ is an all-in-one facilities management platform built for fast-growing facilities and trades businesses
- Serve as a Restaurant Brand Ambassador / Market Launcher to onboard and activate restaurants onto ResQ’s platform
- Be the first face of ResQ and ensure customers are onboarded properly and set up for success
- This is a 6 month contract role
- Travel throughout the USA weekly by car or plane
- Track and achieve targets; work closely with sales and operations teams to remove obstacles
- Demonstrate a professional attitude when interacting with restaurants, operators, and customers on-site
- Invest attention to detail to get it right the first time
- Exhibit extreme ownership, be a self-starter, be open to feedback, and live a customer-first mindset
Requirements
- Unrestricted driver's license and valid passport
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time
- Willing to have flexible schedule (some nights or weekends, to be made up in Lieu days)
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, professional environment, like a restaurant, or operations role
- Comfortable working in, and around, multiple restaurants, every day
- Comfortable communicating with senior restaurant executives, owners, restaurant staff and vendors
- Not shy or afraid to take on new challenges
- Data and metric driven mindset with an unwavering dedication towards achieving your and company's targets
- Nice to haves: Experience in the restaurant industry or technology marketplaces
