• Partner closely with the Engineering team to shape product strategy, prioritize opportunities, and deliver impactful features.
• Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and research to understand user needs and inform product and design decisions.
• Design intuitive workflows for AI-powered features, automation, and intelligent recommendations that build customer trust and drive adoption.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems, reusable components, and UX patterns that create consistency across the platform.

• Drive Marketing Analytics & Experimentation 📈 **Help track and analyze marketing performance across channels. Monitor key metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, funnel performance, and ROI, and provide actionable insights to improve results. Lead a culture of experimentation through A/B testing and ongoing optimization.
• Support Lifecycle & Nurture Programs **🫶Support lifecycle marketing efforts including email campaigns, nurture flows, and lead follow-up programs that help move prospects through the funnel and improve conversion rates.
