About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design AI-first product experiences that solve real customer problems. Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, customer-centric experiences.
  • Own the design process from discovery and ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring a high-quality user experience every step of the way.
  • Quickly turn ideas into interactive prototypes using Figma, AI-powered design and development tools, and code to validate concepts before launch.
  • Partner closely with the Engineering team to shape product strategy, prioritize opportunities, and deliver impactful features.
  • Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and research to understand user needs and inform product and design decisions.
  • Design intuitive workflows for AI-powered features, automation, and intelligent recommendations that build customer trust and drive adoption.
  • Build and evolve scalable design systems, reusable components, and UX patterns that create consistency across the platform.
  • Use customer feedback, product analytics, and experimentation to iterate quickly and continuously improve the user experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer in a fast paced start up environment.
  • Comfortable building and shipping product experiences using Git, AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code, MagicPath, Cursor, or similar), and traditional design tools like Figma.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, ideally with B2B products.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in an innovation-focused environment.
