Brand Designer

• Develop and execute high-quality brand assets across digital and physical touchpoints (website, campaigns, social, performance marketing, events, print).
• Create motion graphics and animations that bring our brand story to life.
• Support major initiatives such as conferences and large-scale marketing activations.
• Translate business objectives into clear visual concepts that solve real problems.
• Ensure strict brand consistency across all outputs.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Design stakeholders.

Customer Support

• Customer support: Assisting business clients with technical questions about our fleet management software — by phone and/or in writing, depending on their preference.
• Ticket handling: Receiving, structured analysis, and independent handling of customer inquiries through to resolution.
• Problem analysis: Identifying root causes of technical issues (e.g., hardware or app usage) and initiating appropriate remediation steps.
• Documentation: Accurate documentation of inquiries, resolutions, and relevant information in the ticketing system (Zendesk).

Revenue Operations

• Process Architecture & Optimization: Own and optimize end-to-end revenue processes across the full "Bowtie" (Lead → Opportunity → Customer → Expansion/Retention).
• GTM Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted partner to GTM leadership, translating business needs into operational reality and aligning cross-functional teams.
• CRM & Tech Stack Ownership: Design, maintain, and improve CRM workflows (Salesforce/HubSpot) and revenue tooling to ensure data quality and system scalability.

Operations

• Own and evolve the Corporate IT strategy and operating model for a growing, post M&A organisation
• Lead, develop and scale a distributed IT team across Germany and France, including evolving the team structure and model toward a sustainable long-term setup
• Drive the integration and harmonisation of tools, systems and processes across acquired entities
• Own end-to-end Corporate IT operations, including identity & access management, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, endpoint and device management, office IT and the internal helpdesk

Accounting Manager

• Own the end-to-end French accounting framework across multiple legal entities (French GAAP)
• Review, validate, and challenge accounting entries and closing outputs prepared by the team
• Structure and improve processes, controls, and ways of working in a non-fully structured environment
• Act as the main point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and external partners
• Oversee statutory accounts, tax filings (VAT, corporate tax, fleet tax) and audit preparation
• Support system usage and improvements (NetSuite and/or Sage), ensuring data quality and reliability
• Partner closely with Group Finance and HQ to ensure alignment and timely reporting
• Coach and support more junior team members, raising the overall accounting standard

• Prepare and post complex accounting entries under French GAAP
• Own preparation for monthly and annual closings
• Prepare statutory accounts and support audits with documentation and explanations
• Handle VAT declarations, corporate tax preparation, and tax filings
• Reconcile payroll entries, social contributions, banks, and balance sheet accounts
• Identify inconsistencies, data quality issues, and propose concrete fixes
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners (auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers) to ensure accurate and timely accounting
