• **What You'll Do****Platform & Ecosystem Strategy:** Own the product direction for our platform and integration scope, connecting our products, external partners, market-specific systems, and customer workflows across Europe.
• **Ambiguity into Direction:** Create structure where ownership, priorities, and system boundaries are not yet fully defined. Decide what becomes a reusable platform capability, what should stay market-specific, and where the team focuses first.
• **Discovery and Delivery:** Lead discovery and delivery for core platform capabilities: shared workflows, reusable integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and interoperability between products.
• **European Market Expansion:** Build internationalisation capabilities that help our core products scale beyond one market at a time — starting with France enablement and designing for reuse across future markets.
• **Cross-Product Portfolio:** Shape initiatives that bring Avrios, Vimcar, Optimum, and Océan closer together — reducing friction for customers and unlocking stronger cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio.
• **Stakeholder Alignment:** Work closely with Engineering, GTM, Sales, Customer Success, country teams, and senior leadership to align priorities and move complex topics forward across products and markets.
• **Focus and Ownership:** Protect the team from reactive request intake by setting clear priorities, defining ownership boundaries, and keeping focus on long-term platform value over one-off solutions.

• Manage a high-value portfolio of Enterprise and Large B2B customers across the DACH region, ensuring high adoption rates and long-term loyalty.
• Proactively build and manage a robust expansion pipeline and identify upsell and cross-sell potential.
• Move beyond support to become a trusted partner using consultative selling to unearth customer pain points.
• Leverage health scores and usage analytics to predict churn risks and identify "green shoots" for expansion before the renewal cycle begins.
• Act as the strategic link between our customers and our Product team, ensuring the DACH market's requirements are reflected in our future roadmap.

Customer Success Manager – DACH

• Become the technical linchpin of Océan by Shiftmove's sales organization!
• As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will orchestrate technical responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and lead Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• RFP Lead: Analyze specifications, draft technical proposals, and deliver oral presentations.
• POC Architect: Manage all testing phases through to the final report.
• Strategic Partner: Provide daily support to sales teams on security and eligibility issues.
• Voice of the Field: Escalate customer needs to directly influence the Product Roadmap.
