About the role
- Serve as a trusted pre-sales solution architect supporting sales and partner teams
- Maintain and configure demo environments and Adobe instances to showcase platform capabilities
- Participate in RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and scoping sessions
- Act as the technical translator during sales engagements, aligning Adobe solutions to client business outcomes
- Architect scalable, secure solutions aligned to client needs, budget, and long-term roadmap
- Provide direct technical consulting, producing architectural diagrams, technical recommendations, and integration strategies
- Support integration design with Salesforce, Dynamics, other CDPs, and broader MarTech ecosystems
- Engage directly with client stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor to ensure alignment between sales and delivery
- Collaborate with Delivery Operations, PMs, and Product Owners to ensure scope and estimates are accurate
- Support handoff from sales to delivery, documenting requirements, risks, and dependencies
- Mentor peers and junior team members and contribute to enablement assets, playbooks, and reusable solution templates
- Champion technical credibility with Adobe and partners and support co-selling opportunities
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing technology and solution architecture experience, preferably in consulting/agency environments
- Proven expertise across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (Marketo, AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA)
- Extensive experience with sales support: demos, pre-sales engineering, solutioning, and RFP/RFI participation
- Strong background in integration architecture with CRMs (Salesforce, Dynamics), CDPs, and adjacent platforms
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Marketo Engage
- Exceptional client-facing skills, ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate technical concepts in business terms
- Track record of thought leadership, mentoring, and cross-team enablement without direct people management responsibilities
- Ability to maintain and configure demo environments and Adobe instances
- Must live in and be authorized to work in Canada or the USA (no sponsorship mentioned)
