About the role
- Serve as a platform expert with a focus on Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Fusion
- Maintain subject matter expertise as platforms and tools evolve
- Identify and build out packaged offerings and/or accelerators to assist in sales and create more efficiencies
- Collaborate with platform partners on product roadmap advisory, feature exploration and development, and integration solutions and approaches
- Analyze complex business processes to identify areas for improvement and design automated workflows, scripts, and processes to enhance system performance
- Develop and implement automation strategies for Workfront and Fusion platforms to streamline processes and increase efficiency
- Partner with client service and business development to support pitches and follow-on client work
- Strategize, architect, and create approaches for scalable, tailored platform implementations
- Present and articulate subject matter expertise through compelling client presentations
- Scope estimates and collaborate on multi-solution and multi-platform solutioning and scoping
- Lead customer-facing workshops, demos, and hands-on labs
- Provide deep domain expertise in client business, technology stack, and data infrastructure, complemented by a wide-ranging knowledge base in digital marketing
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for platform configuration, data schemas and system integrations
- Oversee and steer client programs and development work to meet client objectives
- Provide support to development teams with solutioning
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience creating customer data and marketing technology solutions
- 3+ years of experience at a digital-first, global delivery agency/consultancy
- Demonstrated expertise and experience implementing solutions with Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Fusion
- Working knowledge of the entire Adobe Experience Platform range of products (RTCDP, CJA, AJO, Mix Modeler) and related platforms (such as Target) is a plus
- Strong consultative and client-facing skills
- Self-driven; the ability to work independently, define a way forward, and solve problems with limited direction
- Strong communicator with all levels of leadership, management, and staff
- Outstanding executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills; the ability to inspire, engage, partner with, and influence senior leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience preferred
