Lead the development of original event concepts, themes, and creative visions for B2B brand experiences
Provide art direction and visual leadership to internal creatives, freelancers, agencies, and production partners
Oversee creation and management of all creative assets for event environments, including signage, spatial design, motion, video, interactive elements, and swag
Champion experiential innovation across IRL, virtual, and hybrid formats and explore technologies like AR/VR and AI-driven interactions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and other teams to meet objectives and KPIs
Present creative concepts to partners and senior stakeholders, communicating vision and rationale
Manage creative process end-to-end from brief to execution, keeping projects on time, on budget, and on vision
Stay ahead of trends in events, experiential marketing, and creative technology to raise the bar on Deel experiences
Requirements
7–10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a strong focus on events, experiential marketing, and activations (agency or in-house)
A standout portfolio that showcases concept-led event work, brand activations, and immersive experiences that drive business results
Proven ability to lead creative teams and external vendors, while rolling up your sleeves to contribute hands-on
Deep understanding of spatial design, storytelling through experience, and audience-first thinking
Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g. AR/VR, generative AI) and how they can enhance brand experiences
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with marketing, sales, and production teams
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
A courageous, boundary-pushing creative mindset—with the discipline to bring ideas to life with excellence
Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application requirement)
