About the role
- Lead development of original event concepts, themes, and creative visions that align with strategic objectives
- Provide art direction and visual guidance to internal creatives, freelancers, agencies, and production partners
- Oversee development of all creative assets for event environments, including signage, spatial design, motion, video, interactive elements, and swag
- Champion experiential innovation across IRL, virtual, and hybrid formats and explore new technologies (AR/VR, AI-driven interactions)
- Collaborate closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and other business units to meet objectives and KPIs
- Present creative concepts to partners and senior stakeholders, communicating vision and rationale
- Manage the creative process end-to-end from brief to execution, ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and on vision
- Monitor trends in events, experiential marketing, and creative technology to introduce fresh ideas
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a strong focus on events, experiential marketing, and activations (agency or in-house)
- A standout portfolio that showcases concept-led event work, brand activations, and immersive experiences that drive business results
- Proven ability to lead creative teams and external vendors, while contributing hands-on
- Deep understanding of spatial design, storytelling through experience, and audience-first thinking
- Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g. AR/VR, generative AI)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with marketing, sales, and production teams
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
- Courageous, boundary-pushing creative mindset with discipline to execute ideas
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application asks for confirmation)
