Own the visual and experiential direction of Deel’s event programs to elevate brand presence across stages, spaces, and surfaces
Partner closely with internal teams (Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Comms) and external collaborators to create immersive, ownable, and memorable brand experiences
Lead development of original event concepts, themes, and creative visions that push boundaries of B2B brand experience and align with strategic objectives
Provide visual direction and guidance to internal creatives, freelancers, agencies, and production partners to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution
Oversee development of creative assets for event environments, including signage, spatial design, motion, video, interactive elements, and swag
Champion experiential innovation across IRL, virtual, and hybrid formats and explore new technologies (AR/VR, AI-driven interactions)
Manage creative process end-to-end from brief to execution, keeping projects on time, on budget, and on vision
Present creative concepts to partners and senior stakeholders and stay ahead of trends in events and creative technology
Requirements
7–10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a strong focus on events, experiential marketing, and activations (agency or in-house)
A standout portfolio that showcases concept-led event work, brand activations, and immersive experiences that drive business results
Proven ability to lead creative teams and external vendors, while rolling up your sleeves to contribute hands-on
Deep understanding of spatial design, storytelling through experience, and audience-first thinking
Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g. AR/VR, generative AI) and how they can enhance brand experiences
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with marketing, sales, and production teams
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
