Own the visual and experiential direction of Deel’s event programs and brand presence across stages, spaces, and surfaces
Lead development of original event concepts, themes, and creative visions that push B2B brand experience boundaries and align with strategic objectives
Provide strong visual direction and guidance to internal creatives, freelancers, agencies, and production partners—ensuring on-brand execution across all touchpoints
Oversee development of all creative assets required for event environments (signage, spatial design, motion, video, interactive elements, swag, etc.)
Champion creative experimentation across IRL, virtual, and hybrid formats and explore new technologies (AR/VR, AI-driven interactions)
Work closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and other stakeholders to ensure creative solutions meet objectives and KPIs
Present creative concepts to partners and senior stakeholders, communicating vision and rationale
Manage the creative process end-to-end from brief to execution—keeping projects on time, on budget, and on vision
Stay ahead of trends in events, experiential marketing, and creative technology to raise the bar on Deel experiences
Requirements
7–10+ years of experience in creative roles, focused on events, experiential marketing, and activations (agency or in-house)
A standout portfolio showcasing concept-led event work, brand activations, and immersive experiences that drive business results
Proven ability to lead creative teams and external vendors while contributing hands-on
Deep understanding of spatial design, storytelling through experience, and audience-first thinking
Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g. AR/VR, generative AI) and how they can enhance brand experiences
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with marketing, sales, and production teams
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
A courageous, boundary-pushing creative mindset with the discipline to bring ideas to life with excellence
Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application form requirement)
