About the role

  • Own the visual and experiential direction of Deel's event programs to shape brand presence across stages, spaces, and surfaces.
  • Lead development of original event concepts, themes, and creative visions that push B2B brand experience boundaries.
  • Provide art direction and visual guidance to internal creatives, freelancers, agencies, and production partners for on-brand execution.
  • Oversee creation of event assets: signage, spatial design, motion, video, interactive elements, and swag.
  • Champion experiential innovation across IRL, virtual, and hybrid formats, exploring AR/VR and AI-driven interactions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and stakeholders to meet objectives and KPIs.
  • Present creative concepts to senior stakeholders and manage projects from brief to execution on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a strong focus on events, experiential marketing, and activations (agency or in-house).
  • A standout portfolio that showcases concept-led event work, brand activations, and immersive experiences that drive business results.
  • Proven ability to lead creative teams and external vendors, while rolling up your sleeves to contribute hands-on.
  • Deep understanding of spatial design, storytelling through experience, and audience-first thinking.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g. AR/VR, generative AI) and how they can enhance brand experiences.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with marketing, sales, and production teams.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
  • A courageous, boundary-pushing creative mindset—with the discipline to bring ideas to life with excellence.
