Art Director – Events & Activations to elevate Deel’s brand presence across events, activations, SKOs, and global field marketing.
Own visual and experiential direction of event programs; partner with Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing and external collaborators.
Lead creative concepting and vision; present concepts to senior stakeholders.
Provide art direction and creative leadership to internal creatives, freelancers, agencies, and production partners.
Oversee content creation and asset management for event environments, including signage, spatial design, motion, video, interactive elements, and swag.
Champion experiential innovation across IRL, virtual, and hybrid formats; explore AR/VR and AI-driven interactions.
Manage projects end-to-end—brief to execution—keeping projects on time, on budget, and on vision.
Stay ahead of trends in events and creative technology to raise the bar on Deel experiences.
Requirements
7–10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a strong focus on events, experiential marketing, and activations (agency or in-house).
A standout portfolio that showcases concept-led event work, brand activations, and immersive experiences that drive business results.
Proven ability to lead creative teams and external vendors, while rolling up your sleeves to contribute hands-on.
Deep understanding of spatial design, storytelling through experience, and audience-first thinking.
Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g. AR/VR, generative AI) and how they can enhance brand experiences.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with marketing, sales, and production teams.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
