About the role
- Lead enterprise-level client implementations, integrations, and new product launches
- Gather business requirements, mockups, and technical specifications from product owners and clients
- Break down complex project needs into clear, actionable deliverables for cross-functional teams
- Develop, revise, and maintain project timelines aligned with the product roadmap
- Use Asana and other tools to organize, track, and optimize workflows
- Streamline product implementation processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays
- Lead and facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and project review meetings
- Manage end-to-end implementation of new products and features for clients
- Work with development teams to prioritize and manage backlogs
- Coordinate with QA teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth product releases
- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans
- Communicate effectively with enterprise clients, tailoring information to their needs
- Apply AI tools to streamline project workflows, accelerate planning, and generate/refine technical specifications
Requirements
- 2+ years of client-facing software project management experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with Asana and project management tools
- Tech-savvy with interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency
- Experience applying AI tools to project planning, specification development, or workflow automation
- Experience managing enterprise-level client implementations, integrations, and product launches
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management
- Ability to lead stand-ups, sprint planning, and project review meetings
- Experience coordinating with development, QA, product owners, and customer success teams
- Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation plans
- Experience prioritizing and managing development backlogs
- Comfortable working across cultures and languages
- Bonus: Experience working in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency environments
