  • Senior Digital Product Manager role based in Columbus, focused on healthcare, life sciences, and regulated industries
  • Hybrid role (in-office Tuesdays & Thursdays); candidate must live near Columbus, OH
  • Hybrid role across product ownership, client leadership, and cross-functional team management
  • Oversee creation of digital experiences and tools that are scalable, compliant, user-centered, and aligned with business and scientific goals
  • Product & delivery leadership: define/maintain roadmaps, lead end-to-end delivery, translate business challenges into scalable solutions
  • Stakeholder & client engagement: serve as delivery lead, manage relationships across business/clinical/technology stakeholders, support account planning and billing
  • Technical & operational oversight: oversee designers, developers, strategists, QA; guide integrations; manage risks and interdependencies
  • Growth & strategy: develop reporting (roadmaps, KPIs, status updates), collaborate with business development to identify and expand opportunities

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital product management, delivery, or consulting, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries
  • Proven success delivering complex digital products with cross-disciplinary teams
  • Strong understanding of the digital product lifecycle—from discovery to deployment
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and QA/testing workflows
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and Figma
  • Ability to switch between strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution
  • Comfort working with technical teams and understanding modern tech stacks
  • Experience scoping and prioritizing product features in collaboration with both business and technical teams
  • A proactive, positive, team-first attitude
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship
