About the role

  • Own the full sales journey from cold call to closed deal for enterprise clients in Swiss Romandie
  • Target and onboard top-tier enterprise clients for Sherpany’s cloud-based meeting management solution
  • Engage with key decision-makers across industries and uncover needs across multiple departments
  • Build value-packed proposals and long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to improve lead gen, pipeline velocity, and close rates
  • Keep the sales pipeline organized, track wins, learn from insights, and refine outreach strategies

Requirements

  • Strong background in B2B sales; experience driving full 360° sales cycle
  • Experience selling SaaS / cloud-based meeting-management solutions to enterprise clients
  • Native French speaker
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven ability to engage key decision-makers and build relationships across departments
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, resilient and creative problem solver
  • Ability to manage a data-driven sales pipeline and refine outreach strategies
  • Willingness to collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
