About the role

  • Identify and acquire new clients – Research and reach out to mid-sized to large companies seeking digital transformation, custom software, or web development projects.
  • Lead client conversations – Engage decision-makers, understand their challenges, and position B-works as the ideal partner.
  • Create compelling proposals – Define projects in collaboration with our technical team and prepare persuasive proposals (you are responsible for the proposal process).
  • Close high-value deals – Drive the full sales cycle, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience – You have closed high-value digital/software projects worth over CHF 100,000 per deal.
  • Strong networking and lead-generation skills – You already have access to decision-makers at large enterprises, mid-sized companies, or high-growth startups in the DACH region.
  • Consultative sales approach – You understand client needs and can tailor digital solutions accordingly.
  • Independent and results-oriented – You work on commission and can independently generate and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills – You present confidently and conduct complex sales conversations.
  • Knowledge of GAP Selling – You understand business problems and impact, and identify root causes to define the value of the solutions you offer.
  • Experience closing high-value contracts for a digital agency.
