Create compelling proposals – Define projects in collaboration with our technical team and prepare persuasive proposals (you are responsible for the proposal process).
Close high-value deals – Drive the full sales cycle, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
Requirements
Proven sales experience – You have closed high-value digital/software projects worth over CHF 100,000 per deal.
Strong networking and lead-generation skills – You already have access to decision-makers at large enterprises, mid-sized companies, or high-growth startups in the DACH region.
Consultative sales approach – You understand client needs and can tailor digital solutions accordingly.
Independent and results-oriented – You work on commission and can independently generate and close deals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills – You present confidently and conduct complex sales conversations.
Knowledge of GAP Selling – You understand business problems and impact, and identify root causes to define the value of the solutions you offer.
Experience closing high-value contracts for a digital agency.
