• Project management of existing SLA engagements across the B-works client portfolio
• Prioritization and coordination of support requests, bug tickets and change requests
• Ensuring agreed response times for critical, high and medium priorities
• Proactive budget monitoring and transparent reporting
• Creating and maintaining user stories, bugs and acceptance criteria in Jira
• Sprint planning and task prioritization with the development team
• Planning and facilitating innovation workshops to identify valuable features
• Supporting CMS upgrades, technical migrations and AI integrations
• Primary point of contact for end clients in day-to-day operations
• Conducting status meetings and reporting
• Expectation management and handling of change requests
• Coordination between client and development teams
• Managing the development team within the scope of SLA commitments
• Alignment with the Key Account Manager
• Quality assurance and test coordination
• Time tracking and invoicing
