About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project management of existing SLA engagements across the B-works client portfolio
- Prioritization and coordination of support requests, bug tickets and change requests
- Ensuring agreed response times for critical, high and medium priorities
- Proactive budget monitoring and transparent reporting
- Creating and maintaining user stories, bugs and acceptance criteria in Jira
- Sprint planning and task prioritization with the development team
- Planning and facilitating innovation workshops to identify valuable features
- Supporting CMS upgrades, technical migrations and AI integrations
- Primary point of contact for end clients in day-to-day operations
- Conducting status meetings and reporting
- Expectation management and handling of change requests
- Coordination between client and development teams
- Managing the development team within the scope of SLA commitments
- Alignment with the Key Account Manager
- Quality assurance and test coordination
- Time tracking and invoicing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native-level German
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Minimum 5 years of PM/PO experience in a digital agency or comparable environment
- Experience with CMS web projects (Drupal or equivalent)
- Agile/Scrum expertise
- Proven reliability and commitment across multiple engagements
- Experience writing user stories, managing bugs and defining acceptance criteria according to best practices
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and Miro
- Understanding of technical web projects and terminology, including CMS, APIs, hosting and accessibility
- Budget-conscious work within defined hour contingents
- Confident client communication at C-level
- Hands-on mentality; proactive and solution-oriented
- Resilience when managing competing priorities
- Advantage: Drupal-specific experience
- Advantage: Very good understanding of Swiss German
- Advantage: Experience in healthcare, ideally with cantonal hospitals or comparable public institutions
- Advantage: Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG AA) and data protection (nDSG/DSG)
- Advantage: Experience with innovation workshops or discovery formats
- Advantage: Experience taking over projects from other agencies or teams
