About the role
- Oversee sales activities in your region – Central Switzerland (Lucerne, Zug, Schwyz, Uri, Nidwalden, and Obwalden) as well as selected areas of the canton of Zurich.
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities.
- Conduct sales and negotiation meetings on an equal footing.
- Support users in the operating room and provide practical advice and training on our products.
- Develop tailored concepts and financing plans for your clients.
- Actively participate in trade fairs, congresses, and professional conferences.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in medical technology or a comparable field.
- Passion for selling technically complex and demanding products and services.
- Experience in building long-term customer relationships and in new business development.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and a personable, approachable manner.
- Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, organizational talent, and a desire for responsibility.
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Hold a category B driving license.
- A degree in medical technology, business administration, healthcare management, or equivalent experience (preferred).
