About the role
- Responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned territory
- Manage existing customers and acquire new accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all brand-related questions and concerns
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate products
- Inform and advise targeted physicians to support the prescribing of our brands using effective sales techniques
- Build and maintain trusted relationships to influence decision-making among target audiences
- Analyze market drivers, regional data, hospital situations and market conditions
- Plan, develop and organize activities for efficient territory management with optimal use of resources
- Actively participate in cycle and sales meetings, conference calls and trainings
- Continuously pursue professional development and stay up to date with medical data
- Act in accordance with the code of conduct and the company's legal and ethical guidelines
- Represent the company and its products to customers and communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree or training in a medical, scientific or paramedical field
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical field sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with healthcare professionals
- Fluent German and French; scientific English is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
