About the role
- Conduct door-to-door (D2D) sales to generate leads and close roofing contracts
- Some company leads provided; expected to self-generate leads
- Participate in training program and leadership development
- Opportunity to use company vehicle after 30 days with completed MVR
- Potential progression to Project Management roles
- Engage with customers, present roofing and construction services, and close sales
- Lift and carry equipment (ladders, materials) and access roofs for inspections/measurements
- Comply with background checks and motor vehicle record requirements
Requirements
- MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH D2D SALES
- SELF GEN LEADS ARE EXPECTED
- 18 years of age
- Valid Drivers License is required
- Reliable Transportation
- Cell Phone
- Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
- Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
- Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
- Strong communication skills
- driven and goal-oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- A self-starting attitude
- Company conducts a comprehensive background check, which includes a criminal history review and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Offers are contingent upon the successful completion of these screenings and meeting Company's driving standards and background criteria
