About the role
- Perform door-to-door (D2D) roofing sales and canvassing
- Generate self-sourced leads and work some company-provided leads
- Conduct on-site roof assessments including climbing ladders and walking on roofs
- Present roofing solutions and sell roofing services to homeowners
- Participate in training programs and competitions with bonus opportunities
- Use company vehicles (contractors after 30 days) and maintain valid MVR on file
- Maintain reliable transportation and communication (cell phone)
- Potential advancement into Project Management and leadership roles.
Requirements
- MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH D2D SALES.
- SELF GEN LEADS ARE EXPECTED.
- Valid Driver’s License: Essential for the job.
- 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License is required
- A self-starting attitude
- Be a go getter
- Reliable Transportation.
- Cell Phone
- Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
- Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
- Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
- Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- As part of onboarding, Company conducts background check including criminal history and MVR check. Offers contingent upon successful completion and meeting Company driving standards and background criteria.
