About the role
- Perform door-to-door (D2D) roofing sales and generate leads
- Use some company-provided leads and self-generate additional leads
- Engage customers, present roofing services, and close sales
- Climb ladders, walk on roofs to assess work and communicate with customers
- Lift up to 50lbs as needed for demonstrations or equipment
- Participate in training program and contests for bonus pay
- Opportunity for project management roles and leadership advancement
- May use company vehicle (contractors) after 30 days with completed MVR on file
Requirements
- MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH D2D SALES
- SELF GEN LEADS ARE EXPECTED
- 18 years of age
- Valid Drivers License is required
- A self-starting attitude
- Be a go getter
- Reliable Transportation
- You will need to carry a ladder (some collapsible ones may be available to check out from our office)
- Cell Phone
- Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
- Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
- Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
- Strong communication skills
- Driven and goal-oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Background check including criminal history and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check; offers contingent on successful completion
