About the role
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to pre-qualified residential addresses to introduce and sell high-speed home internet
- Leverage advanced mapping software and order entry systems to connect with assigned leads and process sign-ups
- Arrange and finalize installations of internet services for customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and pursue incentives for higher installation volumes (50-75+)
- Strategically plan and optimize daily routes to maximize efficiency and sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Report progress and participate in team contests, training, and mentorship activities
Requirements
- Local to Pueblo West or Pueblo, CO
- Proven track record in sales, especially residential or direct sales
- Independent self-starter able to manage own schedule and proactively achieve targets
- Comfortable with residential conversations and face-to-face sales (door-to-door)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated and ambitious to earn significant income
- Willingness to visit and convert pre-qualified residential addresses door-to-door
- Ability to optimize daily routes for efficiency
- Comfortable arranging and finalizing installations of internet services
- Willingness to use mapping software and order entry systems
