About the role

  • Phone Sales (≈80%): call inbound leads from Facebook lead forms and cold call Amazon brand owners from pre-qualified lists
  • Ensure meeting attendance through consistent follow-up and track all activity in CRM
  • Inbox Management (≈20%): respond to leads who reply to cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach, schedule calls, and move conversations forward
  • Keep inboxes clean and organized with timely follow-ups and tagging in CRM
  • Report on performance and work directly with sales team and experienced operators

Requirements

  • 2+ year of experience in SDR, BDR, or phone-based sales role, including cold calling
  • 1+ years of experience managing inboxes (email and/or LinkedIn), including replying to cold outreach leads
  • Must have Amazon FBA knowledge — basic understanding of PPC, Listing Optimization, etc.
  • Excellent English — written and spoken
  • Confident on the phone, able to handle objections and book meetings
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
  • Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Slack, instantly.ai, and Pipedrive
  • Coachable, driven, and accountable to daily KPIs
  • Must have some working hour overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
