About the role
- Door-to-door sales and lead generation (D2D sales)
- Project management duties in roofing/construction
- Participate in training program and competitions for bonuses
- Use company vehicles/trucks as available for appointments and work
- Climb ladders and inspect roofs
- Generate and follow up on leads, manage sales process
- Report and collaborate within Royal Roofing/Shamrock Roofing team
- Perform physical tasks related to roofing projects
Requirements
- MUST HAVE SALES OR ROOFING EXPERIENCE
- Comfortable with D2D Sales
- SELF GEN LEADS ARE EXPECTED
- 18 years of age
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
- Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
- Strong communication skills
- Driven and goal-oriented
- Cell Phone
- Self-starting attitude
- Background check including criminal history and MVR
- Offers contingent upon meeting driving standards and background criteria
