Serve as the primary HR point of contact for Technology VPs (Product, Engineering, Decision Sciences), holding regular monthly check-ins and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Provide generalist HR support across the organization, addressing employee relations, performance management, coaching, and engagement needs.
Partner with the SVP of People to align HR strategies with business goals and help define how the HRBP partnership model scales across the business.
Lead initiatives that strengthen manager effectiveness, employee development, and organizational health.
Act as an immigration coordinator for day-to-day active US & Canada immigration cases (including PERM, H-1B, L-1), supporting employees, business leaders, and external counsel.
Partner with Compensation & Benefits and Payroll colleagues to ensure consistency and compliance across HR programs.
Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries related to HR function.
Own and maintain compliance records and case documentation.
Report directly to the SVP of People Operations and help shape/expand the HRBP function over time.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/advanced degree a plus).
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business decisions through people strategies.
Leadership experience (formal or informal) with a desire to mentor and potentially build out an HRBP team over time.
Self-starter mindset; comfortable balancing independent ownership with cross-team collaboration.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
Familiarity with immigration processes and employee case coordination a strong advantage (including PERM, H-1B, L-1).
English fluency required.
