Solutions Engineer

• Lead discovery conversations with prospective clients to uncover pain points, define desired outcomes, and shape solution approaches on the ServiceNow platform
• Build and maintain a library of tailored demos and proof-of-concepts across Servos’ core solution areas, including CSM, PSDS, ITSM, HRSD, App Engine, and more
• Prototype AI-powered solutions including agentic workflows, document intelligence, and automated service delivery that show clients what's truly possible
• Partner with sales on deal strategy and serve as the primary technical voice through every stage of the sales cycle
• Develop estimates, project timelines, and resource plans that feed directly into proposals and statement of works
• Champion AI tools internally to accelerate how we scope, build, and deliver during the pre-sales process
• Contribute reusable content back to the team, including demo scripts, architecture diagrams, scope templates, and solution accelerators that make everyone better
• Stay plugged into the ServiceNow partner ecosystem and help position Servos' AI capabilities as a true differentiator
