Develop industry-leading Financing offerings, processes, and optimization capabilities.
Represent ServiceTitan as a domain and product expert in customer interactions and online community.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver an exceptional product experience, with a focus on quality.
Drive product success and adoption by coordinating with marketing and GTM teams to create launch plans and campaigns.
Manage both high-level strategic tasks and hands-on execution, overseeing resource allocation and goal setting.
Develop a strategic vision for the Financing product portfolio, handling complex issues and implementing strategic policies.
Take ownership of several products or product areas, establishing operational objectives, and work plans.
Demonstrate advanced competence in feature lifecycle management areas and influence peers, acting as a mentor within the company.
Identify and implement team-level improvements to speed up execution, create efficiencies, and shape the GTM approach for multiple areas or products.
Requirements
7+ years in a product management role.
Prior experience with large-scale financing solutions preferred.
Strong technical acumen and experience with financing processing.
Ability to translate business requirements and market needs into a successful product vision.
Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
Prior cloud computing / SaaS experience is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.

High levels of empathy, allowing for a deep understanding of customer needs and experiences.
