About the role
- Guide the vision and roadmap for our Financing products, understanding customer and consumer needs, and translating these into product capabilities.
- Develop industry-leading Financing offerings, processes, and optimization capabilities.
- Represent ServiceTitan as a domain and product expert in customer interactions and online community.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver an exceptional product experience, with a focus on quality.
- Drive product success and adoption by coordinating with marketing and GTM teams to create launch plans and campaigns.
- Manage both high-level strategic tasks and hands-on execution, overseeing resource allocation and goal setting.
- Develop a strategic vision for the Financing product portfolio, handling complex issues and implementing strategic policies.
- Take ownership of several products or product areas, establishing operational objectives, and work plans.
- Demonstrate advanced competence in feature lifecycle management areas and influence peers, acting as a mentor within the company.
- Identify and implement team-level improvements to speed up execution, create efficiencies, and shape the GTM approach for multiple areas or products.
Requirements
- 7+ years in a product management role.
- Prior experience with large-scale financing solutions preferred.
- Strong technical acumen and experience with financing processing.
- Ability to translate business requirements and market needs into a successful product vision.
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Prior cloud computing / SaaS experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and improve.
- High levels of empathy, allowing for a deep understanding of customer needs and experiences.
