Requirements
Proven experience as a leader of product teams, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling account management and self-serve commerce products.
Experience in a Director-level role or equivalent, managing multiple teams and product portfolios.
Demonstrated ability to drive a product strategy from conception through to launch and post-launch optimization.
Strong understanding of customer account management, billing, invoicing, and inventory systems.
Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence cross functional teams at an executive level.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a focus on building and inspiring high-performing teams.
