About the role
- Accountable for the successful development of correspondent clearing platform features and broker-dealer onboarding solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to document Business Requirements and Product Requirements.
- Follow the full product life cycle from conceptualization to launch.
- Assist in developing products, features, and road maps for correspondent clearing operations.
- Participate in SAFe PI Planning by breaking down business requirements.
- Ensure detailed documentation in Jira/Confluence.
- Work closely with partners to provide requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Interface with internal and external audiences, responding to product-related inquiries.
- Design and maintain release notes and documentation for clearing platforms.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of correspondent clearing products.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience managing technical program delivery using common management structures, with direct involvement in requirements analysis.
- Experience with launching a correspondent clearing platform or broker-dealer onboarding solution in FinTech.
- Understanding of SDLC and modern web-application technologies.
- Experience working with correspondent clearing operations or introducing broker-dealer relationships in Product Management.
- Deep understanding of correspondent clearing workflows, including trade processing and regulatory reporting.
- Experience working with regulated clearing applications and broker-dealer compliance requirements (FINRA, SEC, NSCC, DTC).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable technical writing experience focused on clearing operations.
