Project Manager

• Facilitate and manage all aspects of workforce scheduling, planning and allocation in relevant systems for work orders as proposed by client and available capacity
• Schedule work orders with customers via phone and / or email to arrange access for our workforce

• Review tender documentation and identify key evaluation criteria and source relevant information from internal and external sources to provide SME with key information to assist in the development of a winning strategy
• Use AI tools to develop response templates based on the tender requirements
• Collaborate with SME to review and update draft responses with the relevant technical and operational information to document the finalised winning solution
• Review responses to ensure that solutions and benefits are detailed in clear, concise, and easily understandable language.
• Check that all information is relevant, well-structured, and aligned with the tender requirements
• Support the maintenance of a central repository of bid-related documents, templates, and past responses for future reference and knowledge sharing.

• Provide a combination of commercial, legal, financial, risk, and contractual expertise to Service Stream’s Utilities Division
• Support the maximisation of financial return for the Utilities Division
• Provide commercial input to the assessment and development of new business pursuit strategies
• Review contractual instruments and apply Service Stream’s risk profile to evaluate opportunity suitability
• Coordinate and lead opportunity and risk assessments
• Model and analysis commercial frameworks
• Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate with legal teams to finalise contractual instruments
• Provide commercial input into rights and obligations handover to project delivery teams

Commercial Manager

Advisor

• Assess project scopes to determine land access requirements across public and private property
• Prepare and issue Schedule 3 Land Access Notices in line with legislative requirements
• Engage with Body Corporates, Owners Corporations, building managers, and property stakeholders to secure access
• Identify property ownership and occupancy, including conducting title searches
• Undertake due diligence to assess project impacts, including environmental and property considerations
• Liaise with councils, road authorities, and government agencies for approvals and notifications
• Support stakeholder engagement initiatives to facilitate network upgrades
• Manage enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation within internal systems

LASE Advisor – Land Access, Stakeholder Engagement

Electrical Engineer

• Design AC specifications & SLD, DC power systems, earthing & lightning protection, and equipment/shelter configuration as per carrier requirements
• Assess AC and DC cable sizing, PSU battery reserves, shelter/ODU/equipment room heat loads & cooling, soil resistivity tests, and site AC maximum demand calculations
• Review designs for compliance with relevant carrier specifications, Australian Standards, and local state SIRs
• Provide engineering support throughout the project delivery lifecycle from design to build and acceptance
• Work with construction teams to resolve site issues and incorporate buildability feedback in future designs
• Liaise and negotiate with Supply Authorities for new connection requests or upgrades
• Mentor junior engineers

Communications

• Support the delivery of communications and marketing activities
• Coordinate preparation and tracking of communication materials
• Maintain various communication records and registers
• Assist in executing communication campaigns and engagement activities

MDU Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Auditor

• Assist in verifying and maintaining compliant asset data for project completion.
• Conduct audits of legacy asset data in accordance with ERIM standards and Data Verification requirements.
• Conduct audits using our internal geospatial system (LISA) to validate and verify data from the Master Site Plans and the Land Management plans.
• Affix labels to assets following approved labelling instructions and guidelines.
• Responsible for assigning barcodes to the contractors and keeping an up-to-date register.
• Submit Audits based on Project and Legacy works.
• Prepare and submit reports to both PSS and PDS teams in required internal formats (ENF, GDL. Audit Reports).
• Liaise with internal team members to assist with ad-hoc site reviews and respond to queries related to previous inspections.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive notes to support auditing and quality assurance processes.
