Director

• Develop and implement a Quality Management Plan tailored for each data center construction project within a portfolio.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor adherence to construction standards, codes, and project specifications.
• Oversee the quality & commissioning processes for MEP systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.

Mechanical Engineer

• Serves as an operations SME for a major area of operations (e.g., electrical or mechanical) and provides oversight and training/mentorship to team members on tasks regarding these subsystems
• Demonstrates solid understanding of and operates equipment and systems across all disciplines (e.g., electrical, mechanical) with knowledge of the interactions between them and overall operation of a data center.
• Operates all systems and equipment in accordance with Serverfarm, industry and OSHA safety practices and protocols.
