Key responsibilities & impact

Provide overall leadership and direction for all data-center campus operations.
Maintain 24x7 operational readiness and accountability for uptime and life safety.
Oversee operation and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure systems.
Ensure adherence to maintenance programs, MOPs, and EOPs.
Own campus-level OPEX and CAPEX budgets and financial forecasting.
Lead, mentor, and develop site leadership and operations staff.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
Serve as senior site representative for customers and stakeholders.
Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and service delivery.
Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related field.
10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations.
5+ years of senior leadership or site management experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Proven budget and vendor management experience.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
