About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the development and execution of all benefit programs.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Manage relationships with vendors and brokers.
Develop and improve HR processes (including onboarding and orientation)
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Provide guidance and support to employees on company related matters.
Develop and deliver presentations on various learning content.
Oversee the Workday learning ecosystem.
Work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates.
Source effectively for industry leading candidates.
Partner with individual managers to ensure the delivery of all recruiting aspects.
Manage all stages of the hiring process for various roles.
Own and schedule for multiple positions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ Years of Experience; Bachelor’s degree
Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Efficient time management to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to identify and address challenges in the recruitment process.
Proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
