About the role

  • Execute high-velocity cold-calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to targeted prospects
  • Research and identify decision-makers at mid-to-large enterprises in Healthcare, Industrial IoT, Manufacturing, Semiconductor
  • Conduct discovery calls to validate prospect needs and qualify for solution fit
  • Secure and schedule qualified meetings; hand off warm opportunities to Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
  • Build and optimize outbound cadences using email-automation platforms
  • Track and report daily/weekly metrics (calls, meetings booked, pipeline value) and analyze outreach performance
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and coaching of 1–3 junior sales support reps after demonstrating success
  • Contribute to process documentation and share best practices across the team

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of hands-on experience in sales support or inside-sales roles, with a track record of building new business pipelines
  • Demonstrated success selling software-services or professional services (e.g., custom development, IoT, QA/testing, AI/ML platforms)
  • Expert in multichannel outreach: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn InMails, and social-selling techniques
  • Proficient with CRM and sales-enablement tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, email-automation platforms)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to craft concise, tailored outreach messaging
  • Experience in one or two vertical markets: Healthcare, Manufacturing, Industrial IoT, Semiconductor
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven approach
  • Experience mentoring or leading small teams (preferred)
  • Self-starter mentality with a hunter mindset
