About the role

  • Strategy Analyst to join our growing team at Brightspeed, accelerating value creation from existing initiatives via deep analytical skills and strategic problem-solving to remove roadblocks and define incremental initiatives to bridge value gaps\n
  • Identify gaps between transformation initiatives and budget/long-range plan targets\n
  • Diagnose major roadblocks to initiatives, find root causes and design plans to address\n
  • Partner with initiative owners to understand success factors and critical enablers\n
  • Identify and establish cross-initiative, organization-level enablers (e.g., change management, analytics)\n
  • Incremental Initiatives Identify opportunities, over and above current initiatives, to realize and surpass annual targets\n
  • Validate, quantify, and define implementation plan before handing over execution to an initiative lead\n
  • Program strategic review\n
  • Risk assessment of the overall value creation plan\n
  • Proactively identify ways to continuously improve existing transformation program and to mitigate its risks

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a top tier strategy consulting firm\n
  • 8+ years of relevant experience and career progression\n
  • Structured problem solving & strong analytical skills\n
  • Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve\n
  • Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods\n
  • Provide actionable insights and modeling to improve strategy and performance\n
  • Develop dashboards, executive summaries, and weekly/monthly reports to measure against KPIs and market dynamics\n
  • Create models capturing the value proposition that drives clear ROI to customers and businesses\n
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous problem contexts and identify relevant issues/resolutions through a structured process\n
  • Excellent quantitative skills and data driven decision making capabilities\n
  • Strong analytical toolset\n
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis\n
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala\n
  • Strong understanding of SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)\n
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)\n
  • Stakeholder Management\n
  • Proven experience in complex programmatic change leadership, with the ability to run multiple transformational programs simultaneously and deliver high-quality results and business value\n
  • Strong executive communication / presence\n
  • Ability to clearly articulate insights (verbal & written)\n
  • Prepare comprehensive reports in coordination with the rest of the Transformation team and presentations summarizing the status of transformation initiatives, including key milestones, achievements, and challenges\n
  • Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement\n
  • Unwavering focus on results while creating strong relationships\n
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously\n
