💰 CA$85,000 - CA$115,000 per year
About the role
- Lead AOT’s partner and alliance strategy across North America and select global markets, owning onboarding, relationship management, and co-marketing strategy for technology partners, service providers, and consulting allies
- Drive strategic alliances with global IT firms, ISVs, and distributors to expand reach and win new markets
- Manage onboarding, enablement, and ongoing collaboration with partners supporting product GTM, services, and consulting for formsflow.ai and SLED360
- Engage with partners to plan and execute joint marketing initiatives – including content, events, and digital campaigns – aligned with demand generation goals
- Collaborate with sales, product, and talent management to ensure internal alignment and partner readiness
- Analyze program effectiveness using CRM and marketing analytics tools, continually optimizing for impact
- Work closely with ABM/demand generation, brand managers, product managers, consulting practice leads, sales and account management, and talent management
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, including 5+ in IT/SaaS
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing consulting environments focused on IT services or solutions
- Proven success designing and scaling alliance and co-marketing programs
- Strong knowledge of and experience with partner management platforms
- Exposure to outbound email marketing
- Experience developing technical case studies, white papers, and other client engagement communications
- Understanding of martech, including demand generation platforms, CRM and MAP systems, and attribute tracking
- Strong understanding of IT services, technologies, and project lifecycles
- Strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and product teams
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or information technology
- Must be located in and eligible to work in Canada
