About the role
- Design and implement the core systems that support sales and customer success workflows.
- Own and optimize the GTM tech stack.
- Build automations, routing logic, triggers, and workflows that drive rep productivity.
- Partner with frontline managers to improve territory planning, pipeline coverage, forecasting, and executional rigor.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for real-time visibility into conversion rates, performance, and risk.
- Create infrastructure for experimentation, GTM plays, and fast iteration.
- Identify bottlenecks across the funnel and solve with automation and design, not headcount.
- Build systems that are fast, clean, and built to scale.
Requirements
- Technically strong: understand system design, data flow, CRM architecture, and automation tooling.
- Commercially sharp: think like a revenue leader and build what helps teams close more and grow faster.
- Fluent in the GTM motion: have supported SDRs, AEs, CSMs, and partnerships in a unified flow.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: can ship clean solutions without waiting on perfect context.
- Able to deploy AI-native workflows.
- A builder by instinct: want ownership and get energy from creating internal leverage.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or multi-channel sales organizations (bonus).
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Looker (bonus).
- Previous ownership of lead scoring, routing, and GTM analytics (bonus).
- Exposure to AI-powered workflow tools and LLM-based logic (bonus).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US (application asks).
- Willing and able to work from local office 5 days/week (application asks).
