About the role
- First phone contact with customers
- Ensures quality customer experience
- Listens to and assesses customer needs
- Builds positive relationships and creates customer confidence
- Provides timely customer service
- High volume telephone calls handling
- Assists in locating or providing information
- Navigates multiple systems to provide information
- Records and files all information from each call
- Researches contact center problems
- Communicates updates to peers and management
- Escalates complex issues as needed
- Reports trends and feedback from customer interactions
- Performs other job-related duties
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Spanish preferred, but not required
- Good human relations skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and accurately verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of how to use a computer and keyboard skills
- Familiarity with software applications such as Excel and Word
- Ability to navigate various technology software to resolve service situations
