Coordinate and support the local market, line of business or industry-focused intentional growth strategy
Support regular cadence of growth meetings
Provide comprehensive support for the customer relationship management (CRM) platform
Work directly with market developer or pursuit leader to support the successful execution of market-facing seminars, conferences, meetings and networking events
Serve as primary resource for CRM database support within the local market and/or industry
Review pursuit deliverables to monitor brand and risk compliance
Regularly engage, participate and contribute to group discussions and activities
Requirements
Degree or equivalent experience in related field
Some experience with customer relationship management software
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (preferred)
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to learn other platforms (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics) required
Strong grammar and proofreading knowledge
Effective organization, prioritization and time management skills
Attention to detail
1-3 years’ relevant experience in a related field or area
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects of low to moderate risk
