About the role
- Collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of marketing programs that directly support the Sales Teams' objectives.
- Assist in the execution of multi-channel campaigns including roadshows & seminars, C-level engagement, partner & alliance marketing, and whitespace & acquisition programs.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for regional events (trade shows, seminars, partner summits), overseeing timelines, project plans, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
- Act as a marketing liaison for the sales team to enable cross-sell, upsell, and new business opportunities.
- Partner with the SDR organization for post-event follow up.
- Track program performance and campaign metrics using Salesforce (SFDC) and Tableau; support reporting of results and ROI.
- Assist in the management and reconciliation of the field marketing budget, ensuring accurate expense tracking and policy compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supporting B2B events, including financial management, project management and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in event management tools (e.g., Cvent, JiffleNow, Rainfocus, Knak, Splash)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo)
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Creative thinker with a focus on delivering engaging and results-driven experiences
